This panel is a bit less obvious than its neighbour, but is easy to find when you know it's there. From the other panel face uphill and slightly to you left - this carving is on the largest stone that you can see about 10m from you.

The boulder has a narrow shelf on the west side and this is where the motif is. Someone seems to have highlighted it with white paint at some time.

The motif itself is quite rare: an unfinished rosette. There are only a handful of rosettes known in Ireland. In the design there is a cluster of three cup-marks surrounded by a single ring. Around the outside of this ring there are several more cup-marks. In a full rosette there would be a complete ring of cup-marks and another ring around the outside of these.
